HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

Concept: Resevation for Camping El Palmar.
TERMS OF RESERVATION:

Reservations can be made for one-week-or-longer stays.

Reservation affords you an indeterminate camp-place,
but you can make
suggestions on your location preferences and
we will make all we can to
please you.

To make a reservation for a fridge may not guarantee
that you are afforded
a fridge, but rather you are given the
first place in the rent-a-fridge list of the
day.

In order to make the reservation, please make a transfer
worth 235.94 €
to the above account for each large-size
place or 127.33 €
if you want a small-size place
(the latter intended for a couple, a tent and a car). You must show the voucher at your arrival.

The previous point means you accept the terms
of reservation.

The reservation provides you with a camp-place, from
1:00 PM on the
arrival day to 12:00 PM on the departure day,
both dates indicated in the
reservation form.

If the reserved place is not occupied before 6:00
PM on the day following
the supposed arrival date, reservation will expire.
Anyway, we will withhold
from your transfer the fare for the one-and-a-half
day that the camp-place
has been reserved plus 30 € for managing
charges.

A delay of arrival must be notified so that you can
keep up your reservation.
However, customer must pay the fare for the days
that the reserved camp-place is not occupied.

To cancel a reservation you must write to Camping
El Palmar, enclosing
the bank voucher and your account data so that
we can refund your money.
Nevertheless, if the cancellation is done within
7 days before the arrival date,
we will withhold 20 € from your transfer
due to managing charges.

No money from your bank transfer will be refunded
if your stay is
interrupted within the first week.
